It's my birthday!!! While I am busy replying wall messages on facebook, here's my luxury wishlist for this year. I initially came up with two. The Luxury List and the Down-To-Earth. But my photoshop hung, and my com crashed while i was working on the other so i take it as a sign that i'm destined to own pretty things. HAHAHAHAH
Quick update here, twitter followers should know, I emcee-ed with one of my Year 2 lecturers, Jason for this year's Ngee Ann Poly National Day Celebration Concert 2010. Great experience, made me feel exceptionally patriotic this year :b

All in all, it was really enjoyable. What a way to end off my unofficial last day at school and to get to know lecturers like Ms Hong. Yes, it is almost the end of my poly journey already. it's been crazy. I just went through a 5 day almost-no-sleep routine and then proceeded into a 17-hour sleep coma.
Soon, in early Oct I'm heading off to an advertising company for internship, but meanwhile there are going to be some exciting things along the way :D
There are popular blogs and bloggers all around (many of which i stalk way too often) but I wish I had a tweetblog of some sort. I'm always so pressed for time I don't have time to blog and I wish my tweet would update my blog.
But then again if I really wanted that I should stop tweeting all the emo gay school stuff... AHAHA but honestly, things really aren't going that well for me now.
Anyhoo, here are some photos from the hair seminar i did on Monday. I had my hair dyed last Friday (with supposed highlights that aren't visible) and my hair cut by Daniel Ng, the creative director of kimrobinson :)

The new haircut is almost like a short bob on top of my longer hair and that makes me so tempted to just chop the bottom off. HMMMMMM...

Because it was pretty evident that I was pretty upset that the boy wasn't going with me on the day trip, he decided to take me out and treat me to Daidomon buffet.

Headed off way too early in the morning, we ended up in our own little van cause we were quite a large group and we kinda booked it too late.

Our next stop was the Ostrich Farm, which was one of the highlights. So imagine my disappointment when we finally "reached our stop"... reallllyyy?!!?!?!
It looked absolutely dubious and lok kok and some kampung home. I had a bad feeling we were just going to walk into a kampung home and watch a black and white documentary.
This was the first thing we had to pass when we entered. Shock of my life.

During the tour, we acutally "caught" a firefly and had it rest on our palms! I swear that happened! I also took a photo but its just a greenish glow on a black canvas no one is going to believe me :( HAHAHAHA I showed it to someone (forgot who) and the person totally snubbed it and laughed it off :(

took these two photos when i first tried on my new blue contacts. Am so not going to bother about being "subtle" anymore, the blues and browns just dont appear on my eyes! My original eye colour is almost jet black so it darkens every coloured contact i put on :(

embrace my dear trusty white MacBook. Yes, this baby might not have a name, he might be yellowish/grey, 2.5 years old but he has endured with me through really tough times. Rushing for my IDM module yesterday, i spilt about 300ml of water onto my keyboard.
Water started flowing out from the air vents, i turned the com upside down and water poured out -.- decided to put it under the hair dryer but then the computer just overheated. Then i checked the battery compartment and calamity!!! There was even water inside! I thought he'll never survive...
I'm still hoping my lil machine will be fine, It doesn't seem to be charging now, and it sounds like an aeroplane ready to take off, but i guess it's better than no macbook at all.
